Instructional Designer (Hospital Patient Monitoring) Nashville, TN

Your role:

• Gather inputs, creates facilitator-led and digital course/curriculum outlines, and building engaging learning activities for Philips field and customers.
• Work with stakeholders across the business including those in the markets, product ownership, and end users, as well as the HPM education services team.
• Work cooperatively with instructional designers, delivery specialists, and subject matter experts to generate ideas for creating engaging learning activities.

You're the right fit if:

• You've acquired 3+ years of experience designing and developing learning materials in a variety of formats and assessment techniques, including experience working with IT or technical audiences.
• Your skills include ability to manage multiple projects, apply adult learning methodologies and a variety of tested learning theories, and have a learner's mindset - always looking for ways to improve the educational experience.
• You have a bachelor's degree and ideally an advanced degree or certification in the learning/education domain.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN and Cleveland, OH is $87,500 to $140,000

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $98,000 to $157,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
