Role Responsibilities

Seeking a highly professional, technically minded individual who is passionate about learning to develop scalable, globally consumable, compelling technical learning. This learning supports revenue growth and customer satisfaction initiatives including Service Delivery certification for both Channel Partners and Secureworks Delivery and Operations employees, Product Training for direct and channel partner sellers, and ongoing leadership/development programs. Environment is fast-paced environment, where change is seen as an opportunity to grow. This is a remote position.
  • Design and develop technical learning content for virtual instructor-led, online, and blended learning experiences interactive, effective, and user-friendly online courses, virtual ILT and ILT training programs from conception to implementation including life cycle management.
  • Performance consulting with executives, leaders, and other internal clients.
  • Collaborate with Secureworks business and technical SMEs to determine learning objectives and convert information into effective learning content.
  • Follow a defined development process (ex. SAM) to create outlines, storyboards, scripts, job aids, activities, assessments, eLearning, videos, and other deliverables for a broad range of learning needs.
  • With Secureworks/Dell learning partners, develop evaluation strategies to measure success of developed learning program and impacts to the business, as well as implement a continuous program.
  • Experienced with APA standards; standards used by the certification industry

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of curriculum design and development experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with development and eLearning tools, including but not limited to: Articulate 360, both Storyline, as well as Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, HTML5, SCORM, API standards.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with complex Learning Management Systems - ideally Saba Cloud and distance learning tools such as Teams and Zoom.

Preferred Skills
  • Position requires a bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organization Development, Education or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written and computer desktop publishing skills in the Microsoft Office suite of services.
  • Information Security, Networking, and Managed IT, Security and Cloud Services experience desired.
  • Ability to manage and influence others to align around and accomplish goals.
  • Flexible, resilient, and persistent when faced with obstacle.
  • Strong critical reasoning, and ability to formulate and work with conceptual frameworks
  • Ability to influence business leaders at an executive level
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, able to lead a team to make intelligent trade-offs in ambiguous situations
  • An innovative mindset that isn't afraid to challenge the status quo!
  • Knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of the full range of current and emerging learning delivery methods used to develop a channel organization.
