Position Summary
The Education and Training Specialist is based in Irvine, CA and is responsible for designing and developing engaging eLearning training programs and materials that support franchise owners and their office teams. This role also serves as the primary administrator of the LMS, ensuring effective platform functionality and user support. This position plays a vital role in supporting Comfort Keepers mission by delivering high-quality and engaging learning experiences.

Essential Functions
- Lead the full lifecycle of training including needs assessment, design, development. launch and evaluation.
- Serve as the primary LMS administrator.
- Apply instructional design models, adult learning principles, to create interactive eLearning, instructor-led sessions (in-person and virtual), job aids, participant guides.
- Manage training communications, ensuring timely updates and smooth course launches.
- Produce compelling multimedia content, including videos and podcasts, to enrich learning experiences.

Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing and developing engaging learning programs
- Strong writing, design, and proofreading abilities
- Proficient with eLearning authoring platforms and a range of content creation tools
- Experience in managing an LMS
- Hybrid role, 1 - 2 days per week in the Irvine, CA office
